Have you recently promoted a Manager and want to help him/her gain support and respect from employees? Perhaps you feel you need help with leadership techniques yourself?

Good leadership means getting your team on your side to work to a common goal. Having staff 'on your side' can mean the difference between success and failure in almost any situation.

This course is all about getting and maintaining the qualities essential to successful leadership of small and large groups of individuals. Our course will help you to see why, and how to apply many new methods to your leadership style to achieve success as a leader yourself by modeling and replicating behaviour that leads to leadership success.

Better Personnel Communication

The techniques that are learned on the course help you understand more deeply about communication . You will learn how to communicate effectively and be more effective. We will give you voice coaching, confidence techniques and many more techniques that you will be able to employ with immediate effect. TBC Training will issue a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.

Location: Exeter.

Times: 10am - 5pm each day

Investment: £1200 per delegate.
